        Transcript Batches
         
        Transcripts can be printed for the purpose of distribution to advisors 
 or presentation to another institution (Official Transcript). Along with 
 the ability to determine which transcripts to print and what will appear 
 on those transcripts, you can also add individual transcripts to a Transcript 
 Batch.  This process allows you to group multiple, diverse, requests 
 into a single print batch. See Also Printing

        To add transcripts to the batch:
        
            - Open the Transcript Prompts form by clicking Registration >Academic >Transcripts 
	 >Official 
	 Transcript or Advisor Transcript.
 
            - In the section titled Report 
	 Format Criteria, identify the format of the report itself as 
	 well as the items you wish to have appear on the transcript.
 
            - From the Course 
	 Selection Criteria section, identify which courses should appear 
	 on the transcript.
 
            - Click the Student Selection tab and choose Single.
 
            - Use the search icon next to the Student ID field to 
	 located the student name.
 
            - Click the Print tab.
 
        
        
            - Specify address to where the transcript 
		 is to be mailed.
 
            - Identify number of copies to be printed
 
            - Click Add 
		 to Batch.
 
        
        Note: Because each student is added independently, each 
 batch entry can contain a different set of criteria as identified in the 
 first tab of the Transcript Prompts form.
