Tuition Billing Modes

Part of the setup process for Registration is to define your institution's billing mode. This billing mode dictates the method in which your tuition and associated fees will be charged to a registering student.

To set the Tuition Billing Mode:

Click CAMS Manager >Configuration >Registration tab.
Select appropriate mode from the Tuition Billing Mode drop-down list. The following options are available for selection (follow appropriate link to learn more about setting up your tuition fees):

Standard Based on a traditional blend of hourly, capped, and overload rates.
Standard Full-Time Based on a traditional blend of hourly, capped, and overload rates.
Banded Based on multiple hourly rates.
Part-time Banded Mix of standard and banded modes.
Full-time Banded Fits institutions that require multiple full time rates surrounded by hourly and capped rates.
Hourly Tuition is computed on an hourly basis.
